Hi guys, I received my OINP-JOIS nomination last week. I have my non EE profile prepared, just wanted to ask a few questions before I submit my profile. Questions are listed below:

1. Where it says enter all names in your native language and english, do I put in my name in english and my native language in the same column? Or do I just put in everything in english for all the columns wherever it asks for name? There is a specific place where it asks to put in name for principal applicant in native language. Would putting in name in native language in just this column suffice? What do you guys recommend?

2. What about parents' name? Do I put in their names in english and native language too?

I will post more questions towards the end of the day today, please bare with me.

Thank you
1. Put everywhere else in English and in the native language only where it asks you to. Yes, putting the native name just in that column will suffice.

2. Parents' names are not specifically asked to be put in native language so only write their names in English.
Best of Luck

Hi buddy. I have few questions if you don’t mind answering them.
what stream under did you apply? I’m asking cuz I’m in the similar situation. I never received AOR. Here’s my timeline
AR- March 17
TFN-May9
ADR- Schedule4- May 11
Submitted- May 12
Status: the document has been uploaded. It’s been almost 2 months, the status hasn’t changed to reviewing the document. So I’m kinda anxious. I also got upfront medical like you did and sent them through web-form. No AOR is received up until now. What ADR was requested from your brother? I’m asking all this to make sense of what could be possibly going on with application, and how long do I wait to see an update or does request additional documents delay the processing or transfer of Visa office. On my ADR it said Sydney centralized processing office and 7 days deadline to submit the document. I know I’m asking a lot :(.
Sure!
I am under Ontario Master Stream.
your situation is as mine till last week. But the huge difference is, I did not get any ADR on mu profile and I submitted all the materials after the expiry date of my ADR which I thought this is end of my journey… but hopefully last week I got PAL and Medical passed and the thing is that I called IRCC today and they told me that everything is passed just security not started.

Hi:

I have the similar timeline with you. After getting the AOR since end of March, did you receive any update ? the MR or PAL or Portal ?
AND, anyone else ?

Thank you

I just applied for BC Non EE PNP a week ago. I also have visitor visa and work permit a week ago. Looking at the processing time of Non EE PNP (11 to 13 month), any suggestion of getting my wife inside Canada while I wait for the PR decision? Will visitor visa work? If I applied for visitor visa for her, will it not be two application at the same time? need advise

I didn't hear any news of Medical and PAL yet after April 17. The Tracker shows Updated on May 11 but there is nothing change in it.

hi guys! need your advice. I received the portal email with the requested information on Jun 21st, replied to them the same day, and got an automated message. Still haven't received my credential for the portal (it's been 6 days). I'm an inland applicant with a valid work permit and temporary resident visa to travel. I have a trip planned leaving June 17th ( 3 weeks from now). I assume I can still travel through my visa as a worker before I actually get a PR card. Should I try to contact IRCC and explain the situation to them? and if yes do I just call IRCC general phone number, or there is another number for the portal? any suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you

Well you can leave Canada anytime but remember if you got COPR before leaving your visa becomes invalid and you need a valid PR card to return back to Canada or need a PRTD document. 3 weeks is really less time to receive COPR and PR card . Only option is to postpone your trip or submit declaration to PR portal after you came back from trip if it’s only short trip.

The best solution would be to postpone the trip. You were supposed to tell them about your trip and the re-entrance date in your Portal 1 email ( as it was explained in the pdf you received).

You can try and resend them the email with this information asap (before they created your portal) and hope for the best. If you don't receive your portal 2 after you send them your new email within 3 days I'd assume you are safe to travel with your worker visa and they postponed your Portal 2. If you receive your Portal 2 within 3 days then you have to postpone your trip as your worker visa would be invalid to my best knowledge. You can also wait and not sign your declaration of presence in Canada (it's a part of Portal 2) until you come back but I wouldn't do it as people usually sign their as soon as they receive Portal 2, and I don't know how much time you are given to do that.

I'd say call IRCC and ask them what's your best option is.
