You should send them explanation letter advising them about situation. If you were in military how can you send them documents right. Tell them that you were working somewhere and were in military.@Miss bee
Hi Miss Bee,
I hope you're well. I need your assistance with a second ADR I received. They've indicated that my GCMS shows military service starting in 2011, but I'm unsure where this information originated. During that time, I was actually working as a civilian for a Brazilian bank. From 2014 to 2020, I served as a state police officer, which was not related to warfare. I informed IRCC about this period. And filled a military record from 2014 to 2020
They're now requesting details from 2011 to 2014, but I wasn't in the military then. I plan to upload a letter explaining this. Could you please guide me on the best way to proceed?
Thank you!
Salary can be paid with either cash or cheque however his employer needs to show proper proof on paystubs showing hours, salary and all deduction. If his paystubs show all this stuff , you don’t need to worry about anything.Hi, all! @Miss bee I want to know if you can help me with this particular situation. My husband received ONIP invitation last week. We hired an Immigration Consultant, when we sent to her all the documents. She replied to us that in my husband job letter, specify that his salary is subdivided in his salary (cash) and housing that the company pay for us as Taxable benefits that complement his salary and she said that for the ONIP purpose we can not claim the taxable benefits. The problem is if we deducted that amount automatically his salary fall below the medium wage. We don't know what to. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for the prompt response, I apologize if I didn't make myself clear, the thing here is the amount of the housing payment it's not make by cheque they pay directly to the landlord (property administrator), So I am confused. Thank!Salary can be paid with either cash or cheque however his employer needs to show proper proof on paystubs showing hours, salary and all deduction. It is a huge problem.Hello all & @ Misbee. Please help...
Asking on behalf of my friend!!! Family of 4 - Himself, wife & 2 kids...
He applied for PR Express entry back in July'2024 and received AOR on the same day. Completed his biometrics & medical. Biometrics updated in GCKey account and waiting for medical update and start of other checks...
Issue is one year back his visitor visa got refused and actually he didn't disclose this refusal information in his PR application while submitting. Is there any chance of PR refusal. In this situation what will be the best course of action/solution. Submit the IMM 5669 form through webform immediately with the refusal details or submit the IMM 5669 completely.
Please please help in this hard situation. All advice required with expertise.
James.

It’s important to understand that providing false information during the application process or in interviews with IRCC officers is considered fraud and is a criminal act. The consequences for committing misrepresentation are severe and can include having your application rejected, being banned from entering Canada for at least five years, receiving a permanent record of fraud, losing your status as a permanent resident or Canadian citizen, facing criminal charges, and being deported from Canada. They have access to all records and they will find all refusals and send PFL and will ban you from Canada. Before they find out, send updated new Schedule A background declaration form with correct information asap .
