Hi @Miss bee, hope you're doing good. I have quick question. My pnp nomination certificate has expired and I'm going through the process of extending my work permit (closed) as my pgwp is expiring soon. Should I get an updated nomination certificate if I have received my aor before the expiry of my nomination certificate or can I proceed for the process with my expired certificate?

Hey guys, Anyone sent sending in their application for Non EE PR application in May has received the AOR yet? I sent in mine at the end of May and have not heard a single thing. Is that normal?

- September 27, 2024 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
You can apply with Expired nomination certificate however your WPSL should not be more than 6 months old . If you received AOR before expiration date of your PGWP and you have no employer restrictions on nomination, you can apply for BOWP.
@Miss bee I’m trying to understand the process between Express Entry and Non Express Entry (with provincial nomination). Does the non express entry also require proof of funds (bank statements) and reference letters from all work experiences?
Also, for the travel history, do we include our stay here in Canada as a temporary resident (from the date you arrive to expiration of permit)?

No for CEC category , you don’t need to show proof of funds. For FSW category you need to show. You don’t need to show any stay in Canada in travel history form . Only show countries you travelled outside Home country. Mention all stay in address history or personal history form .
Hi @Miss bee, I have been asked to submit PCC again for my wife as she moved to Canada recently before 9th November. I submitted application in-person in BLS office on 18th September.
Since 19th September I have status "PCC application along with fee details have been received. The same is under processing at the Embassy/Consulate."
I am hoping I might get PCC before due date but in case I don't received it what should be my option. Will sending explanation letter stating that I have applied along with BLS receipt and screenshot of current status from consulate website at that time will work?

Yes you should send explanation letter along with receipt that you applied for PCC and along with screenshots of status from BLS and Passport Seva website. You should explain situation and ask for extension.
