Hello everyone, here is my timeline:

AR: 12 August, 2022
AOR: 01 Mar 2023
PAL: 08 Mar 2023
Medical Pass: 28 July, 2023
I received an update on my application on Jan 18, 2024. The background check now shows: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information". Is this something good or it doesn't make any difference?

It means that they have started Security checking. Have you ordered GCMS notes ?

Hello Everyone! I am applying for PR through non- non-express entry pathway. To apply, I do have a few concerns. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me in this matter.

1. IMM - 008 SCHD 4, we need to mention the unencumbered funds, can I mention my annual salary in this form and upload the paystubs and employment letter? Or, do I need to mention the the funds I have in my bank account? If this is the case how much minimum funds should I need to show in my bank account along with my employment letter and paystubs?

2. While filling out the Personal History, I have overlapping between the activities. For instance, doing 2 jobs at the moment, Job A: 09/2023 - 02/2024. Job B: 10/2022 -02/2024
From 06/2023 -08/2023, I was working part-time at Job B. If I mention the information of job B, as "Job B: 10/2022 -02/2024", does it cover my gap from "06/2023 -08/2023"?

Thanks

whether inland applicants can submit medicals which are more than one year ???

On the IRCC website, they mentioned
In-Canada applicants
We’ve put in place a temporary public policy for immigration medical exams (IMEs) until October 6, 2024.

If you completed an IME within 5 years of submitting your new application, include the IME number (or the unique medical identifier number) from your previous exam in your current application.

You may be exempt from completing another IME if you meet all of these conditions:
  • You applied, or are applying, for either permanent residence or temporary residence.
  • You already live in Canada.
  • You completed your previous IME in the last 5 years.
  • Your previous IME indicated a low risk or no risk to public health or public safety.

Why would you want to re-submit another new medical ? Dont you satisfy all of the above bulleted criteria ?
