Hey, I just checked and found my one is also status id 11: RPA Upload Fail. Any new updates about the issue?
But I don't think it is a big deal. I applied on last October and got the confirmation email (successfully submitted).

What exactly does CaseID: 11 mean? Mine also shows RPA Upload Fail and updated on 16th April, 2022.

It seems the online portal system got update recently. Also F12 method now only shows "7 submitted" instead of the previous status that I got which was 11. Anyone experiences the same thing?

i checked ytd, it was status 11 RPA upload failed with updated in April 2022

today i checked again, and it is status 7 Submitted with no updated date

I heard several reports of the same change. Just curious, are there any updates on the "documents" column below? Mine was id 13 "supporting documents upload failed" and today they tried to upload one of the failed doc but appears unsuccessful again though this time the pdfLink is generated. Meanwhile the status id remains 13.
