:-/ I need some help please...
My eligibility is passed (shows not started in tracker), medical passed, criminality is passed, info sharing is complete, but I asked the agent they told me security is not started :-/ could it be just they have not updated their tracker or it's really not started? :(

i saw a few people were asked for bank statements, does it mean IRCC check for proof of funds or else like deposited salary from payee matched with employer?

Really not started. The agent has up to date info on the stages. You are almost there.

Thank you. That's weird, why they don't start it earlier? :-/ :( my main concern is that I had an ITA for EE, and last week there wasn't any update on my file yet and it was my birthday. I decided to submit the EE application, because I was about to lose 5 points. Now I'm wondering if I should withdraw that one or still wait ..

IRCC - making the lives of immigrants difficult.

I applied for PR with BC PNP International Postgraduate stream PNP.

Today I got the following ADRs from IRCC Edmonton
1. Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature
2. IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels A separate and updated Supplementary Information -
3. Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures
4. Description of Duties: Job description outlining the duties of your employment
5. Income, proof: Proof of income including paystubs showing compulsory deductions for the 4 months preceding this request
6. Submissions: Submissions Detailed Banking and credit card records for the 4 months preceding this request (all accounts)

Does anyone have any idea why 4, 5, and 6 were requested? I do not see others getting these ADRs as per my knowledge, could be wrong. And I am pretty sure I thoroughly submitted 1, 2, and 3 as well, but it was requested as well.

Point # 1, 2, 3, and 5 generally ask when your application near to decision made, however for point # 4 and 6 experts will know better.

That is crazy considering the stream of nomination (International Post Graduate) do not even require a job offer. I am guessing and I hope they wanted to confirm if you can support yourself or maybe those information contribute to assuring them of your connections with BC as far as your commitment goes. It might be also because you might be one of the lucky ones to be randomly picked for enhanced screening for IRCCs quality control/assurances. Also who knows, it might be just to delay a nonEE some more to meet their quarterly EE quota. And its from Edmonton, so I will be expecting ADR from Winnipeg for sure. :D

Edit: I definitely think its to delay nonEE for EE candidates (since the recent EE draw was PNP).

I called the IRCC to know the status on my application on the 4th May. I came to know an ADR was sent to me on the 3rd of March 2023. The ADR was about the Annex 4-Provincial Nominees. I did not receive any mail in GC key/email. The agent on the next day sent me the ADR through mail.

Are only certain things checked for eligibility or are other factors also taken into consideration?
