No, you cannot submit a valid BOWP application without the AOR. IRCC requires proof that your PR application has been received and is eligible for processing, and the AOR is that proof.
Submitting a BOWP application without an AOR will result in a refusal
Even if you plan to upload the AOR later via a webform or GCKey update, this is not accepted practice — IRCC must have the AOR at the time of submission to process the BOWP.

Your only option is to apply for Closed work permit with help of your employer and with help of WPSL.
Thanks for your help Miss Bee, I will submit a request for the letter of support from Alberta.

Thank you. What options do I have to continue my status as a worker if the permit expires before AOR? If the permit does expire, will my PR application become invalid?
@Miss bee already replied to you. Welcome always. This forum is a big guidance and support to many people who will be soon or later Canadian National.

@Miss bee, please I need your help urgently for my friend.

I am a doctor and nominated under a Manitoba community driven stream in 2025, this path way does not require having a job offer.

Prior to this time, I applied for study permit visa (diploma course) through an agent I can't locate again and was denied, in this application I didn't declare that I am a medical doctor maybe because of career progression, although the agent later asked of some documents related to employment which I don't know if he submitted it.

In January 2025 I applied for a visitor's visa which was denied in May 2025, in this application, I declared that I am a medical doctor supported with employment documents.

Now the situation right now is that, I got nominated in Manitoba already, even though the stream is not job related, I submitted employment documents as a Nurse aid and nothing as a documents in the provincial application, now I submitted my PR application and based on the documents I submitted at provincial nomination I didn't declare that I am a doctor in my PR application in IMM5669(Schedule A).

I am still waiting for AOR and i don't want to get PFL from ircc, please how can you help with this situation to avoid misrepresentation?

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding the No Abbreviation requirements on Online Portal. I am convinced that there is no other way to complete the form than using the most meaningful abbreviations and provide full version in Letter of Explanation but the exact words on IMM-0199e makes me a bit hesitant. Do not use abbreviation. - If this section is not accurately completed, it will cause delays in the processing of your application.
Any suggestions or insight are greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Don't be scared. It is totally fine to include another sheet for the full details/any additional details. e.g. School names can be a bit over the top and very long which will be way past the character limit in the online forms. So people tend to add a separate sheet and provide full details of it :) it will be a "delay" in processing if you submit the online app and didn't include another sheet for the full details, they'll ask you for an explanation because of it, hence the delay.

Howdy folks! Anyone (probably many) waiting for Non EE PNP results? Received nomination in May 24, June 24 was the application time and got AOR late October 24 Medicals completed in Feb 25, got one request letter for the mandatory military service in May 25, got another request letter for travel history and schedule A in June 25, all submitted. Applied through consultancy, no access to the application control screen. What are the opinions when P1 or any good news would likely to come?

Most probably here are the expected results and next updates:
Many applicants in similar situations received Portal 1 (P1) within 2–4 months after submitting final documents like Schedule A and travel history.
If your security screening isn’t comprehensive, it could take 3–6 weeks.

Currently waiting for a screenshot from my consultancy, probably then I will figure out whether it takes a couple of weeks or couple of months. What I've been told is that it is on the final stage and I must be patient. Lord, it is quite difficult

How could we find out if the secueity screening is comprehensive or not?

Thank you for your answer by the way!

It's so kind of you to provide this explanation. Thank you!
