Same here, April 9th. Background check since September and also got couple of ghost updates last one being on 6th March 2025.
Same i have applied in April and still waiting for my PAL what about you did you recive your PAL or you waiting on something else ?
Same i did call the agent few weeks back and they gave me the same exact reply saying application is within the time frame of 21 months.I think only April application are having delay coz someone posted a link for July application and when you check that some people already got PAL or port 1 I donot know whats going on.
Yes, that is why I am little bit worried but we can not do anything so be patient.

I just received a letter from IRCC asked for submitting 3 forms including IMM5546e , IMM5562 and IMM5669 Schedule A. here is the text for IMM5669:
IMM 5669 Schedule A Background Declaration: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration (IMM 5669) form bearing a signature with updated personal, address and travel history from the past 10 years with no gaps in addresses or activities.
In addition, ensure that you provide responses to all Statutory Questions as well as additional explanations for all statutory questions which you have provided a response of Yes.
Ensure that you provide personal/address history from the age of 18 to present
I got confused regarding the IMM5669. As you can see in the text in red(highlighted by me) they first mentioned the personal, address and travel history from the past 10 years but at the end it is mentioned personal/address from the age of 18. In my previous IMM5669 I provided the personal and address history for the past 10 years . As you know in the form indicates "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent" and for my 10 years is more recent. What should I do now, give them the info for the past 10 years or from age 18? Please advise?

You should provide your personal and address history since the age of 18 to be on the safe side. While the standard IMM 5669 form asks for the past 10 years or since age 18 (whichever is more recent), IRCC’s request specifically mentions both criteria separately. Since they explicitly stated “from the age of 18 to present,” it’s best to follow that instruction to avoid delays or additional requests.
If you had previously submitted only the past 10 years, you should now extend your history back to age 18 and ensure there are no gaps in addresses or activities. Double-check that your statutory questions are all answered, and if you answered “Yes” to any, include explanations.
Any June 2024 Google sheets that I can compare my timeline to? I am an August 2024 applicant here and waiting for my medical/PAL/FD.

Please help me, my background status on GC key changed to "Not applicable" since 31st January 25. The same day I received PAL.
My Medical, Bio all done. Any idea why its changed to "Not applicable"? from processing.
Please guide me with this. Is there anything which I can do?
