This is insane, so many migrants, this is a disgrace, I come from a western country and I get paid here more than in canada (yes wages are higher, in my profession atleast), ofcourse people from third world countries would jump on every opportunity...

AFAIK, the OINP Foreign Worker stream is a job offer stream. Hence, your nomination will be tied to your job offer from your employer. You cannot apply for an open work permit with a nomination tied to a particular employer.
