I am browsing non-Express Entry PNP programs
1 thing I am missing is the results, for example the draws of skilled workers with EE profile is being published with the lowest score + NOC numbers that have been drawn
But for PNP prgrams like work 6 / 12 months in certain field with employee latter etc... and apply, there is no info, once I answer all the programs critiera and I apply that means I will just get accepted? I do I know whats my chances of being picked?

What non EE programs have you applied to? You have to apply through each PNP and be eligible (job offer) if not through Express Entry.

I am not yet to apply, for example this program

Skilled Worker With Existing Work Permit | Worker with Saskatchewan Work Experience | Government of Saskatchewan

If I have an open work permit, and I work for 6 months + having a valid SINP job approval letter + english score
and then I apply, I answer all criteria, do I just get accepted? can I get denied? what to expect?

You need a skilled job and employer needs to show they couldn’t hire anyone to get JAL. Some employers will not support the nomination.

So you're saying the difficutly is the get the JAL?
for example this specific Agriculture program
If I work in one of these fields and the employee support the nomination I WILL get PR after 6 months? my question is if I answer all critieria its a yes.
Also, if from your experience you know how hard to it is to get JAL from the employer I would love to know.

But you are giving me a different link for a different path. Answer YES but it will take a lot longer to get PR. Look at processing times - you need provincial nomination and then apply for PR. JAL can be hard because many employers don’t want to go through the process. Assume you are living in Saskatchewan now.

Sorry, why would it take longer to get PR? the program is 6 months of work and the processing time is as following:

How is it not faster than making a profile, collecting enough points and hoping to get picked every 2 months?

Basically Im looking for a fast reliable route to PR, I am not yet migrated.
I am a software developer with a degree but due to high supply in that field I will not try to find a job in that profession.
Instead I try to find instant jobs in demand that gives PR, thats why I shared these two programs with you, the first one I shared (skilled worker with existing work permit) actually allows you to work in ANY job aslong as your english test score is above 4 and the employee is willing to give you JAL.

Those timelines are just for nomination. Then you apply for PR through IRCC.

Also this is a job offer stream so cannot leave job. Are you on a PGWP? If so not eligible for Ag stream (link you posted).
Who Cannot Apply Through the Saskatchewan Experience - Agriculture Worker with Existing Permit Sub Category
The following cannot apply:

No I (will) have open work permit, anyway I understand that getting the JAL is the biggest challenge.
I really dont know what to do, I have checked Manitoba program and it seems good, not much detail on the site but basically work for 6 months collect points and apply (downside is 6+ months processing time), no mention about specific NOC requirments so basically any job?
New branswick been told by many advisers is easy, which I understand it counts greatly your international job experiance and if you come to canada to continue to work in your profession then its a good choice, but less for people who wants to relay on canadian work experiance.

So you don’t have a permit? If not, how are you eligible for open work permit? No PNP is easy or fast. NB requires you to meet one of the streams and have an employer who is willing to go through process and be a designated employer. Manitoba is points based too, so check your points. You are only counting provincial processing times for nomination, and not counting IRCC processing times for PR.

I will have OWP once I land in canada, its a process, but I am eligible to get one (for 3 years).
My problem is I dont know where in canada to go.

I understand that there is IRCC processing time, but its post - nomination time, once the I have the province support I will get PR
My points in manitoba is about 80 (After 6 months of working) but this doesnt guarantee selection.
Do you have any suggestion for me? which province would you suggest me to go?

Like all provinces, for Manitoba, your employer must be eligible and will to support nomination. You need to pick a province, after doing a lot of research based on your skills, settle and meet requirements. You have to commit living and working there until you have PR. What program do you have open work permit on arrival? I wish you all the best in your decision.

There is no on arrival program, you just need to be inside canada to make the request, and then wait for approval, you cant work while waiting and it can take from 1 to 3 3 or 4 months, so thats also costly
I guess there is no magic solution, I will keep searching thank you.

Also remember Canada is in a housing crisis so chose a province you can afford to live in for several months while you wait for a permit and then look for a job. Most likely, employers will not even hire you until you have your work permit and SIN number in hand. Have ECA for your education, IELTS and job experience letters.

Yes I am aware of that thats why I stay out of ontraio and plan on finding a volunteer farm or family in exchange for a living place
ECA I am planning to use WES to show for my degree and I will do the IELTS test at some point

as for job epxerience letters... well, thats my biggest problem since my experiance is an a useless profession I would never find a job in (software developer) So Im aware I will have a hard time finding a job but I am not planning on finding a fancy or high paying job anyway.
