non convicted travelling abroad

hi friends. My friend who is a permanent resident and has been arrested but charges were dropped/withdrawn. he is now going to india. will he face any problems while coming back to canada at the port of entry.

No problem at all at least not for the reason mentioned above & If he has a valid visa at the time of entry.
