I just received my Gcms notes. I noticed everything is fine but there is a part where it says A39-A41 non compliance: not started. Has anyone any idea if something is wrong?

My CRIMINALITY passed, my background and medical not started.

I noticed that a39-a41 is checks about criminality, security, refugee and financial. My criminality is passed. I assume it's just the financial part they are concerned about. I see they requested my schedule 4 twice. On my schedule 4 I wrote I had 10000 dollars same as I wrote on my Mpnp file. I do have a NOC C job full time making 30000 dollars a year plus my bridging open permit. Any opinions?

tell you what they do this to most of the people and it gets cancelled near the end of the application process dont worry i had it as well and turns out it got cancelled on gcms notes so relax.

Ok thanks ms alot man that's very comforting. I think k it's just one of their random regular checks they do on some selective people.

I had the same thing!!! A39-A41 non compliance, it has been created at last Dec 2016, should be due in Jan 2017, but the status is always not started, right now is Sep, I saw these word in my note I am terrified !!!!!!!!please help let me know more details!!

Mine seems to be going fine. I got my medical request and passed it on 10 Oct 2017. The GCMS notes were created in the first week of January.

Hi. I received my notes on Dec 11, 2017 and have the same thing. A39-A41 Non-Compliance Status: Cancelled. I would like to know what does this "Cancelled" mean?
Also I have 5 subactivities in Security Screening section.

I am in Security Screening since 16 July, 2017. AOR is 21 April, 2017 and FSWO.

Hey ..its normal. Infact mine non compliance got cancelled in two moths and I was also in security screening. Just check those sub activities should be cropped. If it says Not started that means it is yet to start.
