Non-Canadian Work history of Spouse

If I understand correctly, I didn't get points for Spouse's work experience since it is outside of Canada. I have mentioned my spouse's employment history in personal history section along other activities but If I put it in the work history section I need to provide Employment letter, pay stub etc.

I have a letter of employment for my spouse but it doesn't say her responsibilities, moreover I don't see the point. I could either include this or say no work history for my spouse. Anyone else experienced this ? Thoughts ?

I left out my spouse's non-Canadian employment from work history. For him, that section is empty. I only included it in his personal history and in that way did not need to supply any evidence of it. It was just easier. And since it does not bring any points, it makes no difference.

But won't this show misrepresenting data and contradict of what you had mentioned in his personal history. the logic If he had work exp, so we need to answer yes at anywhere they ask about the same. What do you think?

No, not really. Only personal history requires full disclosure. It is listed there, so it's not hidden. Everything is disclosed. I mean, if you want to go through the trouble of collecting all the paperwork, by all means, write it in the work history as well.

It's kind of like principal applicant's work history. You only list work experience that brings you points. Other irrelevant ones go to personal history.

Hey I'm in similar situation. Were you successful in getting PR leaving spouse work history empty, also tell me whether your spouse got work permit.? I'm worried leaving work history empty for my spouse will end up with issues in getting work permit. Please guide me.
