Non-Applicable Checklist Items

Hello!

We're on the last leg of assembling my wife's outland PR application, but I have a question about the checklist. How should I be noting forms and items that are not applicable? There are things like particular supporting documents that aren't applicable to our situation.

How should I indicate this on the checlist itself? Naturally I don't want them thinking we've skipped or omitted anything we needed.

For our application we just left the checkbox blank and in pencil we wrote not applicable.

Also: of the 4 photos, only three have a stamp on the back. When I asked about it, the photographer said that for PR only 3 get stamped. Is that correct or should I go back and have her add another stamp to the last one?
