Hi All,
I am on a work permit. My CRS score is 498 with my spouse as non accompanying. I am expecting ITA in the next couple of draws.
My wife and son already have Visitor visas.
If i receive ITA, should my wife and son have to provide biometric and medical (10 months old) again or can i reuse the one we used for their TRV?
Please help.

As your wife and son already obtained visitor visas they had their own UCI.

Input their UCI when filling out your PR form and IRCC will tell you if their biometrics can be reused.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.
Will there be any issue if I apply for PR with my wife as a non-accompanying who already had a visitor visa? I would like to mention the reason for non-accompanying as to improve my CRS score.
I saw in other old threads where people got their PR with their spouse already staying inside Canada and declaring as non-accompanying. But in my case, my wife is in India yet.

You must declare her in your form regardlessly. You can definitely declare her as unaccompanied but I don’t think it’s wise to say it’s to improve your CRS score - couples usually live together, won’t they? I think by default IRCC will expect applicants include their spouse in the application.

Unfortunately I don’t see much people who declare their spouse as unaccompanied, maybe you can think of a better reason after talking to those people who did and got PPR.

Best of luck
