Fill up all information about them and tick mark the box " NOT ACCOMPANYING " in the application. No seperate declaration is required.

Hi

I guess you know it even for double check your non-accompany family members have to go for medicals with you and you need to show POF for all family members. Off course you know your situation better then any one but it is always wise to include family members with main applicant just need to pay processing fees. Rest up to you.

For Non accompanying members:-
MEDICALS - YES
POF - Not required

OP 6 Federal Skilled Workers 2010-12-14

Settlement funds

The applicant must clearly demonstrate that they have sufficient and available funds to meet the
requirements or that they have arranged employment as defined in R82.

The funds must be:
 available and transferable;
 unencumbered by debts or other obligations.

The amount of funds are assessed according to the applicant‘s family size using 50% of Statistics
Canada‘s most current Low Income Cut-off (LICO) for urban areas with populations of 500,000 or
more.

Note: In terms of funds required, the number of the applicant‘s family members includes both
accompanying and non-accompanying dependants.

I wanted to include family members but due to uncertain economic and job conditions in Canada I am afraid to include them. Do you agree?

dude my husband is not accompanying me . do i need to pay for processing fee 550? please help?

Definitely not!
You will not pay your husband's application fee but you will have to provide all his information and documentation in application. By doing this you can sponsor your husband in future after you land Canada.

Good catch Paul. Nice one.

I'm wondering how much it will cost to sponsor the non-accompanying family member and how long it would take then to sponsor.

This forum is very helpful. Thanks guys
