if the child is above 18 then what is the situation. While filing for the PR we were not guided properly that child above 18 who is dependent because he is studying, can also come along. His medical was done along with us. Can we file his papers now, he is 25 years old and his living is funded by us only

The rules changed it used to be that children over 18 weren’t elligible. That got changed to 21. Now that the child is 25 it is too late.
