Non-accompanying adult children of spouse and forms

Hi there,

I have previously sponsored my American spouse, which was an incredibly easy and smooth process. I am now helping my dad sponsor his Pakistani wife. I see the forms and requirements have changed quite a bit since 2014. I am unsure on how to navigate the situation of her 3 non-accompanying children. Two are adults well into their 20s and one is 15. Neither will be joining her. Not now, not ever. Do I still have to include all three on IMM0008E? The form says "add dependent" but none of them are dependents. Two are grown adults and one is a teenager but she doesn't have custody. Any insights?

The older ones are not dependents. The younger child is a dependent and must be fully included in the app and undergo a medical.
