How long do you have to wait for your spouse to sponsor you after your spouse received his/her PR? Because you were put as non-accompanied spouse on your spouse application.

Once he/she gets his/her PR and move to Canada they can start the sponsorship process, however, it's a lengthy process that will last minimum of a year for majority of applicants.

Additionally, the sponsor has to remain in Canada while the application is being processed. It's also likely the applicant won't be granted a TRV. So they will most likely have to be separated while they wait for the PR application to be processed.

And what If the sponsor spouse is with unaccompanied spouse which is already residing with sponsor spouse in Canada, Do still sponsor spouse after recieving PR can file an application for unaccompanied spouse while staying in Canada?.. If yes then in which program they can file an application?...If not then what is the other options????

What if the unaccompanied spouse is already in Canada, should he or she remain their until the sponsor spouse put in the application to file for the unaccompanied spouse PR?
