Good Day Everyone! I Applied for an "Application to Change Condition Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as Worker" Last January 6,2015 because my work permit will expire soon and then Last January 22 my certificate of nomination arrive ;D What should i do? Should I Re apply again to this "Application to Change Condition Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as Worker" or should I just fax a letter with explanation and i will attached my Certificate of Nomination with it. Please help me.

U can get work permit from border right away. Just show them ur nomination certificate and work permit support letter from pnp.

Really I can do that one? My work Permit expire this January 31st. Thank you.

You need to be from a visa except country to do that and it only applies in certain cases not all the time. You need a file number to get a BOWP. You get a file number when the federal part of the process sends you AOR (along with medical request usually).

Can u share ur timeline and noc plz..i m waiting for ainp too for long time..

Thank you. My Question is I already applied for an extension before my Certificate of Nomination arrive. Should I reapply again or just send a letter with my Certificate of Nomination?

U have to call cic..if they already started process then it will most likely will be rejected..if possible just withdraw ur current application and apply for closed WP based on nomination since u cant get BOWP without AOR from cic..

NOC6525 I Applied last year November 2013 for AINP self nomination and i was denied and then i apply again last november 2014 and I got it just January 22
