Nomination for PEI PNP

Hello,
I recently launched my EE. And my consultant told me that I am eligible for nomination in PEI. Can anyone tell me what this means? That I can take the PNP of PEI?

Expression of interest can be submitted in the PEI website . Minimum 60 Points are required . If you are lucky, you may get a reply from them . It may take weeks, months ,...

Not sure which draw you are referring to but CRS today's cutoff is 441.
