Hi,

I already got my nomination and in that moment my company has a LMIA in process for me. Two days before my work permit expired they applied for LMIA and implied status and I got the nomination the last day of my work permit.

Can I apply for a work permit with the nomination letter (204c) or I should wait for the LMiA approved or refused? I think that with this letter I dont need LMIA any more but my employer says that I have to wait for the LMIA because is in process but with the nomination kid I understand that I can apply right now because I dont need LMIA any more.

Should I apply for PNP right now, apply for bridging visa if I dont get the LMIA or I should wait for LMIA?

Thanks!

Did you get nominated based on having a job with an approved LMIA?

I am pretty sure than no, I applied with a work permit based on LMO, I got nomination when my work permit was still valid, we applied for LMIA just in case my work permit expired before to get the nomination, because without work permit AINP doesn't process applications.

With the nomination I got the letter of support 204(c) that said "Alberta recommends issuing a work permirt for the provincial nominee under paragraph 204(c) of the inmigration and refugee protection regulations. The AINP reviewed the nomine's case and determinated that all factors required to issue a work permit under this regulation have been met, specifically.....

Everything is so confused, for that I dont understand why if I can already apply for PNP, I cant apply for work permit in that moment if the LMIA is in process   I have de letter of support from AINP, so I think that I dont need LMIA approved :( :( :(
