Nominated on 30-Sep-16 and Express Entry profile expired on 05-Oct-16

I got nominated on 30-Sep-16 and I received a message today stating my EE profile has expired and I have been removed from the EE pool.
After i re-create my profile, how do i get back my nomination?

Please help

Send an email to the province that nominated you, letting them know your new EE profile number.

Please help

1. Create a new profile, under Application Details, there is question which says whether you have received any provincial nomination. Answer Yes to it and provide the details, probably 600 points will get added if you answer Yes and provide the details.
2. Also intimate OINP about the new profile as the nomination certificate would have been issued with the old profile number.
