NOI for PNP

Hello friends,
I created my EE profile on 4th Dec'21 with 2132 as my NOC. My CRS score is 427, still haven't received any NOI from any province.

List of provinces & territories of interest (indicated on EE)
1) Alberta
2) Newfoundland & Lab
3) Manitoba
4)Ontario
5) Saskatchewan

Any word of advise for the delay ? It's been 5 months with no sign of progress.

1. Any ties to province? Job offer? If not, they have to select your NOC with score.
2&3 require job offer.
4 - no job offer & score too low
5. What is your SINP score? Has your NOC been drawn & with what score? You need an APEGS licence.

People are on the pools with much higher scores too.

Looks like SINP draw min score is 68.

Is it possible to get a PE license for outsiders ? I do not have PE license from any country.

So your only option is Alberta. You will need to wait and see if they pick your NOC (don’t publish NOCs) and CRS score. Alberta gives more weight if you have a job offer and family in the province. You will know if you get a nomination.
