Noc's 1111, 0111 caps estimates

Good news one forum member is charged on 22 jan and his application is filed on 26th nov. Still do not know weather is dd or cc. and his noc is 1111

Bad news is that he had a job offer. I believe most of people does not have one.

I don't think it is capped. Can you please tell us if your friend applied with job offer or without?

Hello dear managersonline,
Then why would CIC post 931(554+377) total applications on December 16 and stating that there is no guarantee if application sent today (as of 16 Dec) will fall in the cap? I would agree with you if cic update looked like this 931 applications counted toward the cap. It would have meant there had been much more pending ones so the NOC had been definately capped by the time people received last PERs. No PER no CAP count.
What do you think?

on 26 NOV it was 470 second last cap update for NOc 1111 OCT and NOV applicants are safe issue is for Dec Applicants

You should count like this:
Nov 26 cap count(470) = those applicants who received PER approx. up to Sept 15 applications included
December 16 cap count (554) up to Oct 1 applications included and 377 pending ones = up to end of November applications(this is only guess).
The pending applications are those which have been passed completeness check (-20 days after they received apps.)
So late Dec. applicants have little chance sorry.
