Noc's 1111, 0111 caps estimates

It's about the caps limit for Noc's 1111, 0111. According to the global spreadsheet, the first one reached 150, and the second reached 96...it's pretty frustrating especially that i want to submit my file in mid December.
Something in the spreadsheet struck me though, it's the estimates. they have three types:
1- realistic estimates. In which estimated date by which your application should be received to be in the cap is 4/30/2015
2- optimistic estimates. In which estimated date by which your application should be received to be in the cap is 2/23/2015
3- pessimistic estimates. In which estimated date by which your application should be received to be in the cap is 12/23/2014

So, does that mean if I send my file in mid December for any of these two hot nocs I should be fine, or it ll be already cap reached???

Friend, you should keep in mind the overall cap as well.
It's pretty possible that by the mid Dec it will be full irrespectively of your particular NOC status

But if this is the case then why they mentioned these estimates in the spreadsheet. I believe they're some what based on the past history of caps limitations from the past years.
I know, 150 in one month is a lot and if the rate goes 150Lmonth, then the cap will be reached way before December, but I heard the number of applications submitted decline significantly after May.

I agree that your NOC appears to be at least feasible for the mid December. Chances are definately there.

But! It's the overall cap of 25 000 which really worries me a lot. 4 000 out of 25 000 places have been taken in May only...Hopefully after this May rush the numbers will level up.

But Quebec this year closed in August 11, as the cap of 6,500 applications has been filled. This means it reached this figure after 3months and 11 days. I assume the number of applications submitted for Quebec were close to those submitted under the Federal category. So don't you think this 4000 figure is just for the beginning and it will fall dramatically in the upcoming months, or otherwise the cap in Quebec would've closed in mid June?

now just wanna to know that i have applied for educational assessment through WES ..... got my transcripts ... now i have to courier it on a given address... plzz give me the address where to be courier these transcripts??? ... and fees is $201 .or $299.. ??

Also my expected date of Ielts result is about 6 dec 2014... can i apply ... ??

and i have to submit this.....1) Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] 2) Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] 3) Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] ........ and all 11 forms at once or step by step...at various stages???

And do i need a laywer who signature are req on my application... someone told me you need an laywer who will charge around $1200 for it ???

alternative NOCs straightaway.

basically what this trancripts are(which are sent to WES) ???? are these the detaied markes shhet attestestd by contoller of examination in university?? or degree attested by controller of examination ..???

plzz telll .. bcz when i asked the transcripts to clerks in universty.... they seemed bit confused... so rather they give me wrong documents... plz teel frnds....

In the coming months,please expect applications upsurge as many potential
applicants are now receiving their ECA reports and IELTS exams are being
booked at geometrical proportion.

The reason for application submission delays was the fact that ECA report
now takes b/w 10-14 weeks and by default most applicants filed for evaluation
from May/June,2014.

More APPLICANTS now have their ECA reports and ready to submit.
