because Nova scotia said i am eligible and they way they calculate i got 67 with 22 for education but visa office said it is 20 for education so my total point came to 65 instead of 67 which i got at the first place.

Hello People,

I am a 4131, pre-Juner 2010. I received my MR and docs request yesterday. I had actually been fearing a rejection, as I had not even put any job duties in my experience letters from the 2 employers. I had taught part time (as visiting faculty) over a period of 8-9 years in various colleges, and my primary vocation is as a marketing professional.

I am sharing this to tell all those who are worrying about rejection on the basis of mismatched job duties, that they need not be. I believe that VOs look for a certain profile and if they don't like the profile, they will find excuses to reject the application, however dumb they may seem to us.

So, its important to organize and present your application extremely well.

Most importantly, life will go on, no matter what happens with the application.

Be Good!

I am a new member. Can anybody guide me about my following status;

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 6, 2012". Later I wrote to them about change in address to which they replied that 'We have already sent your original documents and our correspondence on 08 february on the address that we had at that time so please arrange collection from the old address"

I have not yet received my original documents and their correspondence. I am curious about what it can be? Fresh updates or medical issued or rejection? Can any body share his/her experiences.

Regards,

Hello

Finally I received the refusal letter saying that my duties do not match as College and Vocational instructor.

I am planning to file an appeal.

I need your advice about a good lawyer with reasonable legal fees and costs.

Can anybody help me? Please provide as much information as you can. The refusal letter is dated 18 May 2012 and I guess I have only 30 days to file an appeal. Right?

Kind Regards
Khan200
