I am in the process of creating my express entry profile but not able to identify what NOC suits my profile the best. Your kind guidance is greatly appreciated.
I work in an automotive tier 1 supplier as an Engineering Change Management Supervisor.
Here are my duties -
Supervisor Level: 4 direct reports ( 3 engineer, 1 coordinator)
I plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties.
· Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, test and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component during either development or serial production.
· Responsible for all plant related launch and change management activities and coordination with external team, customer, CBU, SQM etc.
· Assures customer systems are updated in accordance with launch and change timing, VPP, IMDS etc.
· Responsible for ensuring the team is prepared for internal and external reviews associated with launch change management.
· Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing
· Data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
· Documents data obtained during all quality assurance
· Activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.
· Contributes actively to the reduction of failure costs like scrap and rework.
· Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
· Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.
· Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities.
· Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
· Stops production in case of nonconformity.
· Responsible for support safety and 5s activities.
· Process owner for area related processes.
· Responsible for goal setting, training, performance reviews and discipline of direct reports.
· I also have supervisory responsibilities which consists of being the direct supervisor to the quality engineers working in LCM (Launch and Change Management) function and direct cross functional teams during LCM activities.
