What stream are you applying to? Your employment letters match your NOC, title doesn’t matter. When you come to Canada, you can work in whatever field you want. Engineering is a licensed profession in Canada so you need your provincial license if working in a job that requires that designation.

There is no such stream. Are you applying to FSW or CEC stream. Assume FSW if you don’t have Canadian work experience. Are you eligible with at least 67 points for FSW with IELTs and ECAs for your education? Then you calculate your CRS score (want over 470).
