NOC Selection

Hello everyone,
I am new in this forum and this is my first post. I have a question regarding NOC selection.

Currently i am working as an Assist. Manager Networks in a company but there is no category relating to my job designation but my job responsibilities completely matches the criteria mentioned in the NOC job and resposiblity details. My question is

Q1. Am i eligible under the "Computer Network Manager - NOC213" category as my job responsibilities are same as listed at "http://www.canadavisa.com/example-titles-38-qualifying-occupations-federal-skilled-worker.html"?

Q2. And is the NOC criteria is based on designation or job description?

Please advice me.

The criteria is based more on job duties than titles because titles can vary between employers. If your job duties match the NOC description for 0213, you can apply under that NOC.
