NOC related clarifications post ITA

Hello,

I have got the ITA and I am preparing the reference letters. I have some confusion related to the NOC.

I created the EE profile and got acceptance for the NOC 2141 but according to my current position I belong to NOC 1122.

The thing is, I am a business analyst / consultant (NOC1122) for the manufacturing sector and have a Bachelor and Master degree in manufacturing (NOC2141). My consulting caters majorly to manufacturing industry. As a consultant I carry out activities more related to NOC2141, however my job description and title is NOC1122.

Please let me know how I can handle this. Kindly support

Choose the NOC code that better matches with your job duties and responsibilities. Don't pay much attention to the job title or your education. If NOC 2141 best suits your job duties and responsibilities, then go with it. If not, then go with the other NOC. Good Luck!

Alright thanks! But, is it okay to change the NOC post ITA?

I am not quite sure whether you can change your NOC in EEP ; because it is already saved in CIC database and if you change your NOC then they might think why suddenly you are changing your NOC .

need legal advice or expert immigrant personnel advice on this matter. whether is ok to change NOC in EEP before ITA

From what I know you can change your NOC between ITA and eAPR. Just explain it in the LOE.
