NOC Query

Hi,
I applied in NOC 2147 but i was too late. My application reached there on 25 Sept and i can see that NOC is almsot done with its CAP. Now i am planning to apply for quebec program. By what time can i expect them to confirm my application's cancellation so i can apply further.

Also, when will they send me my courier back so i can use my IELTS scorcard and how do i get refund of the money i have sent them.

Since CIC is till working on applications from the start of July, I think you can expect that it will be another 3-4 months before your application is retured to you. You can apply to QSW before you receive your FSW application back (provided you have all of the documentation required).

Will they retun my courieir without processing ? WIll they be sending back the originals of my IELTS & Demand Draft ?

I just got to know British Council will not give me another copy of IELTS scoreccard. My original copy is with FSW. How can i apply to QSW before i get the documents back from FSW team.

Your entire FSW application will be returned to you. If you cannot obtain a second original copy of your IELTS results then you will have to wait until you receive the FSW package back before you can apply for QSW.
