Noc query and work experience

Seeking advice if anyone can help?

“I am currently working in HR and have an experience of 4 years. My company is now promoting me to a level up in a different department (Finance) within the company on the back of diversification. Question is will this impact the NOC? Number of experience against the NOC? Will my points drop considering I will be submitting my documents in 3-4 months? At that time I will only have a few months experience.”

1 - Yes, you will most likely have a different NOC but this depends on your new duties/responsibilities.
2 - Your points won't drop but you must keep on using your current NOC as your primary NOC.

No idea what you mean by your second question.

Thanks for your response. Second part of the question means that if I change my role and then apply for immigration, I will only be having 3-4 months experience. Will that be sufficient to gain CRS points? Since my primary job has 3-4 years of experience.

You will be claiming points with your HR experience and not with the other position that you will be promoted to.
