NOC problem for Postdoc in physics

Hiii Everyone,
I have 4 years postdoc (in physics ) and 2 years teaching experience, i am confused how to proceed for canada express entry process, what NOC i should choose, and other stuff
Could anyone please help me ? Its will be a great favor

Your NOC is your work experience so if it is teaching then select teaching. If it is in research, choose that.

You can have more than one NOC. Your primary NOC must meet the one, year continuous work requirement. After that you can use other NOCs. Decide on a primary NOC.
