NOC match with education qualification

Hi, is it necessary that NOC should be matched with education qualification in order to claim the points?

My bachelor degress is Bio-chem but now working in finance sector for 6 years. Do I get.. points in CRS?

Bachelor degree - 112 points?
Working experience under NOC-A - 3 or more experience under internation - 25 points?

you NOC can be different from your qualification.
