Can someone please share the link.

For your application to be eligible for processing, you must include the results of your official language proficiency test, and either:

have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
be a skilled worker who has had one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience in at least one of the following eligible occupations within the last ten years:

NOTE: the occupations above are all Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list.

If you are not sure if you should apply as a skilled worker, you can use the eligibility tool to get an idea of whether your application would be eligible for processing.

If you apply and do not meet the above criteria, you will be informed of this and your processing fee will be refunded.

thanks for replying....

When I was trying to search, I came across this page, but it has pre-June 26 list. .e.g 0213 for IT people has omitted from current list.
Can someone please share online link for current list of NOC & I could see role & responsibilities to qualify for a specific NOC code.

My age is 30 years old.I am commerce graduate in 2001 and I worked as a cook more than 8 years in the restaurant. I married to my father's brother's daughter, i mean i married to my first cousin and she has done masters of information systems. I got IELTS Listening 6, Reading 7, Writing 6 and Speaking 6.5.

MY QUESTION IS AM I ELIGIBLE FOR CANADIAN FEDERAL PR OR NOT? BECAUSE I MARRIED TO MY COUSIN SISTER AND I HAVE DONE B.Com and I WORKED AS A COOK?

PLEASE HELP ME OUT? THANK YOU MY DEAR FRIEND.

Please check above NOC list.
IELTS Listening 6, -> 2 points
Reading 7, -> 4 points
Writing 6 -> 2 points
and Speaking 6.5 -> 4 points


As per that list cook is eligible to apply; NOC # 6242 Cooks


AS per above Ielts you got 12 points for language, 20 points for your graduation, 5 points for spouse's masters, 21 points for experience, 10 points for age

applicant needs 67 points & you have 67+ points; so u r eligible.
