NOC in express entry, your thoughts guys ?????

Hi all,
I'm just thinking that, in upcoming draws after they come to under 600 points, CIC will take into consideration the NOC category in their criteria.
i think it doesn't make sense they will choose only high scores( what if they all are engineers)!!!!!
it should be a quota for all NOC category.

What is your opinion ??

If a NOC is in demand then a candidate will be able to obtain an LMIA and have more than 600 total points.

No need to consider NOC category for less than 600 points.
