Forget about the title and try to match the job duties to an NOC code. You just have to figure out the general area/description of your job and read through the job duties of the NOC code that relate to that to find out which one pertains to you. If your 4 rotations are in completely different areas (say finance, underwriting, sales and engineering), then look for an NOC code for each of the job duties relating to those. I'd also make sure my employer letter includes a job description of the 4 rotations.

Are you applying after your 4th rotation though? If you're not, I don't think that experience would count since you wouldn't have it at the time of your application.

Thanks for the quick reply!!!....so does it mean, in the application form i need to feel 4 different NoC numbers and need to write 4 different duties (even if I am doing the 4 rotation under one job title and in the same firm)???...My current employer had made 2 yrs of contract to finish these 4 rotation to be Technical Sales Representative in the coming future!.....

There are total 3 blank positions to fill "Your Work Experience" in the simplified application process form. Can I also mention my internship and master thesis experience as both duties were paid??...I have all contract details where the salary is mentioned.....please advice!!

Regards,
Vishs

I think that if your experience falls under the skilled worker category, you can include them. I have no idea if a master's thesis falls under that? Is there an NOC code for it? I would think it's more related to education rather than work experience.

Yes, I believe you have to include 4 different NOC codes because you have to have an NOC code that matches your job duties. Are the job duties in the different rotations completely different though? If they're all similar but just in a different line of the business (say accounting in 4 different areas), then it'd most likely be one NOC code.
