Same doubt for me as well. 2282 is for first line user support and that is not what I do. It does not involve debugging technical issues. I was thinking of using 2171. Did it it work for any of you?

2171 and 2174 seems to be quite suitable. Pls let me know if anyone has applied as production support analyst and got the Pr successfully . If so, under which NOC pls.
