NOC For ITIL Roles

Hello,

I am an Operations Manager with an IT Service Desk and submitting my EoI via Express Entry profile. I would like to understand the NOC I need to select for this role. Any help around this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. SB.

Thanks.. I see 2282 is a role my indirect reports perform at the moment.. and mine is more of a senior manager making strategic decisions in the system. Am wondering if 0213 would be the right fit?
