NOC for IT Auditors

Pre-ITA I thought it would be 2171 "Information System Analysts and Consultants"

Now in Post-ITA phase I am concerned I may not chosen the correct NOC after reading here and there. Surely there some IT auditors (external or internal) on here.

Can someone please advise?

Also, is it normal to change your NOC after having received an invitation? Would explaining be required in LOE?

I used to be in IT Audit at a Big4 and got my PR under 2171. Pre-ITA I had actually filed under Management Consultants but the reality is IT Audit actually classifies under 2171. So you are on the right track.

if you reference letter indicates job duties matching to 2171 standard job duties then use it, it's that simple.

I Am on NOC 1111 beacuse that's what I have been doing and my reference letters indicate the same
