Hi - I hold the position of "digital marketing executive" at my company. The nom that is closest in 0124 but it mentions either "e-marketing manager" or "web marketing manager". Will the title mismatch cause any problem?

Title mismatch is not a problem at all !!..
There does not exist titles like Mechatronics and Control Engineer, and Robotics Engineer for example. People opt for Mechanical or Electronics Engineer based on the job duties match !
