After so much struggle, I think I have found a NOC code that somewhat matches with my job description.
BUT I AM NOT SURE.
My job title is Product Development Manager in a firm dealing in textiles. Job duties are below:
- Compiling market intelligence reports and presenting proposals for carrying out research and development activity
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Working with existing clients for new products development and working on extending product lines as per market trends
- Working on research and development with existing clients for improvements in existing products as per need
- Working on needs and requirements of new prospective clients and prepare proposals in terms of products range to offer
- Researching the market trends and carry out research and development with existing clients for improvements in existing products as per need
- Consulting with clients on the developing the optimal specifications of products under development
- Play active role in developing, implementing and standardizing policies and practices for research and development process used in the organization
- Mange the roles assignment amongst subordinates
- Recruit, manage and train new team members based on the job roles assigned
- Help marketing teams in preparing products range for customer exhibitions and meetings

NOC 0212 Architecture and science managers

They are employed by a wide range of private sector and government establishments as well as by architectural firms and scientific research companies.
Main duties

- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the architectural, scientific and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm

I think NOC 0212 matches well with mine. However the title mentioned (Architecture and science managers) doesn't suit well.
