Can anyone help with NOC code for Operations Administrator, Clearing and Processing. I work at a Credit Union. Some of the job duties are:
The Operation Administrator, Clearing & Processing is accountable for the daily clearing and settlement process of financial transactions submitted through the following channels: Deposit Anywhere, Bill Payments, Electronic Money Settlements, Third-Party Payroll Deposits, Credit Union Cheques, Member Cheques and Clearing and Electronic Payments (online e-transfer, IOP,M2M,ATM and POS ). The incumbent is also responsible for manually posting transactions to a member’s account that have been rejected by our internal systems and / or returned by the member’s other financial institution. All transactions are to be processed with a high level of accuracy and with maximum efficiency.
Review all member financial transactions received through the above-mentioned channels for completeness and accuracy. If funds are not available, obtain pay or no-pay decision from the branch relationship manager before processing.

Processes and resolves returned clearing items including insufficient funds, unqualified clearing, and rejected items for both paper and electronic clearing.

Processes items for notification of return to member, adds service charges, posts applicable general ledger entries.

Monitors, accepts and processes transactions related to automatic funds transfers (AFT) and identify where there are clearing related irregularities; work with branch/members to correct.

Maintains reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts and internal accounts.

Thanks
