Sounds good. Some of the duties you mentioned match 0601, too. But since both
NOCs are skilled that shouldn't be a problem.
Make sure there's no NOC out there that matches your duties which is not skilled and therefore
not eligible for CEC.

The NOC will depend a bit on what you are selling, and to whom you are selling (retail, wholesale).
