I do not have any NOC code on my open work permit. I am currently working in Ontario with a company who did my work permit.
Am I eligible to select the option as job offer yes while putting CRS calculations?

yes but you need to provide explanation as to why you don't have a work permit.

No, you are already working so you can not say job offer yes

Job offer yes means that you applied to a position and the employer is willing to hire an international worker and provide you with a LMIA
This LMIA has an expiry date and it costs the employer money - alot of money relatively - and time as they will have to prove that they did not find a Canadian resident or citizen to fill in the position thus they are willing to hire an international worker and sponsor him

Since your employer you said he sponsored your work visa I am assuming they had to go through the LMIA process - get the form from them and that is it

If they do not provide an LMIA - you can't put job offer yes

Good luck
