Hello,
I have submitted my Express Entry Profile and as per the Most recent experience I am working as Patient Services Assistant for a Healthcare Provider company. I was hired by the staffing agency and they didn’t know the exact duties and responsibilities I was assigned to while doing work for the actual company so they asked me to send the list of duties. In my experience letter they mentioned the Job Title as - Administrative Assistant 3 (Patient Services Assistant | NOC 33102).
The Duties are :

• Supporting the Healthcare Operations team by updating and managing patient
records and handling Healthcare related phone calls and emails.
• Contacting other clinics and pharmacies to obtain updates as required.
• Working collaboratively with the Physician team - managing physician calendar, scheduling
patient appointments and procedures.
• Preparing clients for medical tests and examinations - contacting clients to remind them of
required tests, examinations, and follow-up consultations. Scheduled radiology exams for
patients.
• Preparing Imaging requisition forms for the patients in need of Ultrasound, CT, X-rays, and
MRI exams.
• Assist in admitting and registering patients for medical care.
• Updating medical records (i.e., confirming patient information, collected copays, and
verified insurance).
• Providing support for general office administrative functions including medical records
management.
• Creating and maintaining accurate and confidential patient files according to regulatory
mandates.
• Managing front office customer service, appointment management, billing, and
administration tasks to streamline workflow.
• Ensuring all claim forms, request forms, prescriptions etc. Are accurately completed and
signed before handing over to patients, hospitals and third parties.
• Monitoring shared email in-boxes and quickly addressed inquiries and concerns.
• Cooperating with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance providers to resolve billing
issues.
• Addressing, documenting, and responding to incoming correspondences to address client
queries.
I asked the HR to remove the Administrative Assistant 3 so that it won’t cause any confusion for the officer but she denied. Do you guys think it will cause any issues even if my experience letter has Patient Services Assistant with the NOC 33102 on it?

You match duties, not title. I see nothing in your job description where you work with patients - take blood, administer first aid, take them to surgery etc. Your job is administrative with patients. Name 70% of your duties that match the NOC. So you change bed pans, blood pressure, temperature etc?
