Hey guys,

I would like to know what's the NOC code of my job postion. Here is the description:
  • Work to support customers of our client.
  • Understand and make decisions according to defined Client Policies and Procedures.
  • Familiarize with or be interested in culture of supported language (pop culture, history, slang, etc)
  • Respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Identify inefficiencies / improvement opportunities in processes and suggest solutions
  • Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams.

I've been looking for NOC Level regarding Content Review Analyst too. Could anybody figure out if it falls under any NOC Level? Thanks

Its reviewing apps that are uploaded on google store and you analyse them to approve/decline/send for revision, etc as per the company's policies to keep it compliant.

I would appreciate your help. Looking for the same NOC Code. Thank you!
