Position. I'm worried
I had the same problem.

I just sent the Record Correction Form in my email and explained that I am concerned about the change in NOC to 9914 although I submitted NOC 6222. I requested them to assess my application based on the NOC I submitted and update my file.

Hi pb02! I google about the 9914 and i found out that this number is referring to my spouse who just came a year ago in canada. Since he is a new worker (although i specify that he is working as xxxxxx in these companies here in canada), cic considers him as new worker thus his number is like the others as 9914.

Is your spouse here in canada?

GCMS was updated to include both 2006 and 2011 NOC codes, so that visa officers could check both during transition times.

If you search the NOC concordance table, you'll see that 6311 classified as a "new code." I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Perhaps your application details were entered into the system before the GCMS system was updated...

My spouse is in Canada and she is not working. For her it shows 9914 - Non Worker. But for me it shows 9914 New Worker

What worries me is that they replaced my code 6222 with 9914 stating that not found in GCMS.
