i have employment letter in format mention in this post and T4 from CRA that i paid tax. Do i need anything else?

You don't put in the noc code, just make sure the duties are very similar.

Also kryt0n , my crs point are more then the min point required to get ITA. but i did not received ITA . Is it sure they sent to all?
